Kowear.com Returns Policy (Online Shopping)

We want our customers to be completely satisfied, which is why we accept online shopping returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as merchandise is in new/unworn condition. We don't exchange.

1- The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if you return merchandise via mail unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2- We do not offer exchanges for online orders.

3- Once you have completed an online purchase, it is not possible to cancel the order.

4- For hats and apparel items, this means no signs of wear, and that all tags are still attached. Shoes should be tried on inside only and not worn outside. All non-wearable items must show no signs of use and be in the original packaging.

5- We do not refund items purchased at a discount of 40% or higher. For items discounted 40% or higher, we offer store credit.

6- Once you have completed an online purchase, it is not possible to change the shipping address.

7- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by the carrier service. Please contact your local USPS for any help regarding delivered products.

How to ship your return

 Return Via Mail:

  • We do not refund items purchased at a discount of 40% or higher. For items discounted 40% or higher, we offer store credit only.
  • Items must not be worn or washed and returned within 30 DAYS from the purchase date with the price tags attached.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unless it is defective.
  • Refunds of returned merchandise require proof of purchase: in store purchase receipt, shipping confirmation email sent to you, or packing slip you received with your shipment.
  • The refund process takes three to seven business days.
  • The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if you return merchandise via mail unless the product is defective or incorrect.
