Shipping 

We ship to all 50 U.S. States, Washington D.C., all U.S. Territories, and Minor Outlying Islands. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes.

. Orders are processed for shipping Monday - Friday, except on holidays.

. Orders received by 12 pm Central Time will typically ship same day. During peak season and holiday shopping events, it can take up to 3 days to process orders shipping by standard ground.

. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 7 business days from the ship date.

. 1-3 Day shipping is guaranteed to arrive within 1-3 business days from ship date.

. Overnight shipping is guaranteed to arrive within 1-3 business day from ship date.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied, which is why we accept online shopping returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as merchandise is in new/unworn condition.

. For hats and apparel items, this means no signs of wear, and that all tags are still attached. Shoes should be tried on inside only and not worn outside. All non-wearable items must show no signs of use and be in the original packaging.

. We do not refund items purchased at a discount of 40% or higher. For items discounted 40% or higher, we offer store credit or exchange only.

Return Via Mail:
  • You can return your kowear.com order via USPS or UPS. Returning via mail will incur a shipping fee. Returns should be sent to 1340 E 7th St Odessa,TX 79761, and a tracking number should be e-mailed to info.kowear.com
  • The shipping fee for returning via mail does not belong to the company unless the merchandise is defective or the incorrect merchandise was sent.
  • We do not refund items purchased at a discount of 40% or higher. For items discounted 40% or higher, we offer store credit only.
  • Items must not be worn or washed and returned within 30 DAYS from the purchase date with the price tags attached.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unless it is defective.
  • Refunds of returned merchandise require proof of purchase: in store purchase receipt, shipping confirmation email sent to you, or packing slip you received with your shipment.
