Why was my order canceled?

  • One of the most common reasons for this decision is the billing information entered for the order did not match the billing information your card company has on file. If you suspect this is the case, please contact your card company to verify and/or update your billing address prior to attempting to place a new order.

  • Check your entire property and with other members of your household. Often times, carriers will leave packages in a safe location such as a garage.
