Terrible Experience
I ordered this puffer vest in ivory to wear to an event. The shipping was very slow. When the vest arrived, it arrived in coco brown, not the color I ordered which was ivory. I called the customer service number and they informed me that they could not help me via phone and that I had to email the customer service team and include a picture of what I received vs what I ordered. I followed their instructions and still have not heard back from the customer service team regarding how they will resolve this issue for me. In summary, I never received what I ordered and they have taken no action to correct this mistake. I do not recommend this company.
