Lack of customer service
I ordered these jeans about a week and a half ago. First if you have a bigger butt and thighs these are amazing but the legs from about mid thigh down are extremely big. No biggy because they fit so well where normally jeans are rough on me. Well the first time I wore them I go into our pickup and my knees went right through the strings of the two holes in the front. Now they are huge holes that look terrible. Now going back and reading reviews a little closer, i see that a lot of people have had this issue. I have tried multiple times to contact them over the last week and no one will respond. I would be the first to admit if something happened on my part but something like lifting my knee to get into my pickup is not rough.
