poor customer service! shoes too big!
these shoes run really big, at least for me, but i think they are pretty. i have reached out to customer service 3 times how and have heard NOTHING back. i want to exchange them but can't get anyone to write back. will try calling now but hard during business hours with a job. i wouldn't order from them again - the customer service aspect is a big red flag for me and they took a long time to arrive AND they are too big. also, too expensive to have had to deal with all of the above. i recommend you stay away! i will update if i hear back from them but not hopeful. really disappointed.
