Absolutely terrible customer service!! I ordered and was charged for two pair, I only received one pair and the one pair that I did receive are far small smaller than what they should be one comparing them with my son’s shoes. Thankfully, I got them as a Christmas gift and I paid with PayPal so they are disputing it for me, no one from this company has returned my emails and it’s been over a week and a half!!
It was everything I expected and much more. The material was amazing and super soft.

I wanted the light colored version but was shipped a dark colored version. You need to take a guess at what 221 vs 220 color means in their system I guess if you are buying online. Slippers are nice.
