    Backpack

    I received the wrong item. I’ve emailed twice and called once. The guy on the phone said he’d forward it to his boss so they can review it quickly but I haven’t gotten anything besides them pending me to make a review, so I’m making it in hopes of getting a response and the correct color backpack I ordered. I ordered black and I got a red bag. The backpack itself is alright but the red is pretty ugly imo
